Nourishment has been varying since the appearance of Human Beings. Before the First World War a meal was a ritual. Everybody ate in their home with theri families, and restaurants were places only for a rich people. After the Second World War, the mentality changed and appeared the fast food retaurants, car was cheaper, families started to travel, ... everythingin the worl changed and the nourushment did too and people started to eat worse and worse. In the middle of the eighties the fast food resturants invaded all of the world. People didn't spend time on the kitchen cooking. The consumption of meat has been multiplied by three because it has been economised and finaly the consuption of sugar as fizzy drinks, cakes, ice-creams, ... all of these have varied our diet and is causing a lot of illnesses around the world. One of the most dangerous is obesity. With the arrival of the new century, the “obesityphobia” arrived. Everything is becomeing static: we want to work from home, eat without cooking, buy without going to shop, etc, ... and some companies noticed about it. Fast food companies wanted to make our lives easier. At the same time, they have been worseing our nourishment and our health.

I was really worried fast food. I heard people saying that hambuerguers were made of rats, cats and dogs, ... Of course, I didn't belive it but I don't know why my attitude towards fast food resturants started to change. I became an “antifastfood” person. I hated everything related fast food restaurants.

I decided to do my research paper of fast food restaurants thinking that I was going to find more negative aspects of fast food. Nobody wanted to give me information and I thought that they were hiding more things from me. When I started the paper I tthought that in my conclusion I was going to write ll the things I have seen and I have read about fast foods, and I can conclude that fast food is not as bad as I thought, but is still not healty food. It is true that you can allow yourself to eat that type of food fromtime to time, but it is not advisable to eat it everyday. We must be careful about all the things that the fast food chains sday. They want us ti spend money and they are going to do anything to get it, so we must be critical and choose according to our knowledge, not by instinct.
