My favourite dish is sapnish omlette. It comes from Spain. It has potatoes and eggs in it. In my family we have Spanish Omelette every sunday.

 

 INGREDIENTS FOR FOUR PERSONS:
 -8 EGGS
-500g. of potatoes
-1 onion (optional)
-oil and salt
-100g. hard pork sausage (optional)
(times of preparation: 40 min.)
 

  PREPARATION:
 
 1 Chop up the onion very thin.
2 Fried in oil on a low flame until to brown it good.
3 Peel and cut potatoes in thi slices.
4 Fried it with a lot oil on little fire.
5 Remove well the oil.
6 Leavel to cool down
7 In a bowl beat eggs with a little salt on.
8 Put the potatoes.
9 You fried onion and if you like with dice of hard Pork sausage.
10 Mixture all well.
11 Leave repose few minuts.
12 Put in a frying pan with a little olive oil moderate fire.
13 Dump the mixture of the bowl.
14 Leave fried until adorn it well in the bottom.
15 Turn on to the omeltte.
16 Leave it boil until to start brown, but without burn it.
