My favourite plate is entrecot al rockefort.I like it because the cheese gives It a wonderful flavour. .

 

 PREPARE
 Put a littlebit of oil at the frying pan. Put the steak in the frying pan during a few minutes.While you do it, prepare the sauce rockefort in another frying pan. For do the sauce, put a littlebit butter at the friging pan then a put milk and small pieces of roquefort cheese, then salt and pepper.When the stake is ready put the sauce on it.
