1. Boil rice in salted water for a quarter of an hour. 2. Cut chicken in to thin slices, take out the flesh of the avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice and cut into cubes. Then peal the banana and slice it and cut up the pineapple. 3. Mix all the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add the switcorn. Mix the mayonnasse and the mustard and pour it over the salad. Mix well. |
