INGREDIENTS

  • Cornflour
  • 1,5l. of milk.
  • 1 rame of cinnamon
  • 1 lemon
  • veal
  • 20 cannelloni
  • cheese

 

 

   PREPARE
1. Boil the pasta with bit of sealt during twenty minutes.

2. Cut veal in slow fire,during for thirty minutes approximate.

    3. Prepare white sauce.
    - Put on 1/2 litres of milk in a casserole.
    - Add 1/4 teaspoon of cornflour.
    - Add lemon peel.
    - Add rame of cinnamon.
    All there are boil a slow fire.
    4. Surround veal with pasta of canelloni with cannelloni with white sauce.
    5. Oven with cheese at 250ºC during twenty minutes.
