- 1-Peal the onions
- 2-Cut the onions in little pieces
- 3-Beat the egg
- 4-Add the minced meat and the
egg
- 5-Add the bread crumbs
- 6-Mix well 7-Add the ketchup and
the oregan
- 8-Add salt and pepper
- 9-Mix well
- 10-Make four balls
- 11-Flaten the balls so that they
are 1,5 cm. fat
- 12-Warm the butter in a frying
pan.
- 13-Fry the hamburgers for 5 minutes
on each side.
- 14-Cut the hamburger bread in
two.
- 15-Spread some mustard on one
of the slices.
- 16-Put the hanburger on top, after
put the piece of gruyère, the tomatoe, the lettuce and
close the hamburger.
