My favourite food is the fondue. The fondue comes from France. I'ts very easy to do. You eat it while you are doing it.There're two kinds of fondue; The fondue of meat and the fondue of cheese. The fondue of meat contains chiken, beef, frankfurt, bacon, pork and all things you wanth. The meat can be served with a sauce. There're lots of kinds of sauce: The roquefort, the mustard in seed, the ketchip, the tartar sauce and more. The fondue of cheese has two kinds of cheese: the emmental cheese and the suiss Gruyene. You eat the fondue of cheese ropping little pieces of bread in it. There'ne some special forks to eat the fondue. They're very long and thin, they're very pierang too. With these special forks you can test the meat or the bread. The fondue is a really good dish. I recommended it to you.

 

 FONDUE OF MEAT

 INGREDIENTS:

  PREPARE:
    • 150g beef.
    • 150 g chiken.
    • 150 g Frankfurt.
    • 100 g bacon
    • 100 g pork
    • 1/2 potato
    • special fork
    • 1 bowl of fondue
    •  Roquefort
    • Tartar sauce
    • Ketchup
    • Miustard in seed
     1- Put the oil in the bowl of fondue.
    2- Put the bowl of fondue in the treat until it boil.
    3- Add the 1/2 of potatoe in the bowl.
    4- You can serve the raw meat in plates.
    5- With the special forks you can taste test the meat.
    6- Put the meat in the Fondue and wait until it will be cooked.
    7- When the meat will be boiled you eat it. If you want, dunk the meat in the sauces.

 FONDUE OF CHEESE:
   

   PREPARE

 If you don't want to make the recipe, you can buy a paked of fondue of cheese.

    • 100g emmental cheese
    • 75g suiss gruyere cheese.
    • 1/2 glass of white wine
    • Garlic
    • salt, black pepper.
    • Bread.
    • special forks
    • 1 bowl of fondue.
    • 1 wood spoon.
     1- Mix the ingredients and cook them. If you buy the paket go onto the second point.
    2- Put the mixing in the bowl of fondue.
    3- Cook it while you are string it whit a wood spoon.
    4- You boil it until the mixing boil.
    5- Now, you can serve the fondue of cheese.
    6- You must cut small pieces of bread and test it with special forks to dip it in the fondue.
