Ingredients:

5-6 cups of flour
½ cup of rainsins without seed
2 little packets of backing powder
1 spoon of sugar
2 spoon of salt
1 ½ spoons of cinnamon
¼ spoon of soda
2 cup of milk
½ cup of water

Process:

In a bowl, mix 3 spoons of flour, raisins, salt, cinnamon and soda. Mix the milk and the water in a pan and heat it until the temperature rises between the 120 and the 140ºC. Add the flour to the first mixture and beat it. Mix it until you have a solid mixture.
Put it in little casseroles and leave it for 45 minutes. Bake it ( at 400º) during 20-25 minutes. Remove the casseroles and let cool it.
