On
Sunday 8th at about four pm we started our trip to Finland on
the “Silja Serenade”. After leaving our luggage in
the cabins everybody went around the ship. There were people
who went shopping while others prefered having a relaxing time
in the jacuzzi and in the finish saunas and the others just enjoyed
a hockey match on T.V. At eight o’clock each Swedish friend invited us to have dinner in the buffet restaurant. The meal was great; there was a huge variety of salmon and other typical things like meatballs. There were also delicious desserts. Nearly everybody sat with their Swedish partner and after dinner there was a group which remained at a table talking and laughing for a long time. After that everybody went to get dressed for the party night. |

| At eleven pm we arrived to the disco. We spent a very nice time dancing until four am when the disco closed. So, the party continued in the cabins: there were some people who didn’t sleep at all. |

At
half past nine we arrived to Helsinki so we left the boat until
four pm. When we arrived back we were so tired that we just went for a long, long “siesta”. When we woke up we went down for dinner in Captain’s Grill Menu, where we ate barbacue. This night in the disco it was nice but a bit strange because there were a lot of bizarre Finish boys. As the night before we stayed in the cabins partying until the next morning and at about half past nine the boat arrived to Stockholm. |
